 Foreclosure Counseling

Whether you are in default, foreclosure, or simply feel your mortgage payment is unaffordable, HAPEC can help. Our counselor will advise, guide, and assist you in working with your mortgage company.

 Home Repair Program

NY’s Office of Community Renewal provides block grants to address a wide range of community needs such as housing rehabilitation, public infrastructure improvements, and economic revitalization.
